She rises while it is still night and provides food to her household. Proverbs 31:15

Bless us, O Lord! and these Thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord.

1 stick of margarine
2 packages of Buddig corned dried beef
8 - 12 long stem green onions
1 tablespoon of Accent seasoning
Worstechire sauce to taste
Chopped pecans if desired

Mix all together and shape into a ball and cover with chopped nuts or place in bowl and serve as dip.
Very good.

                                                         Cheesy Chicken

2-3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 ounce package of cheddar cheese

Place chicken in 9x9 baking dish.
Pour cream of chicken soups over chicken
Spread cheddar cheese over entire dish.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour - 45 minutes or until chicken is done.

May substitute cheddar cheese with 8 oz package of sour cream.

Serve with mashed or boiled potatoes. The soup and cheese makes a delicious gravy.

In our house serves 3 - 5 people.

                      Crockpot chicken:

This is such an easy and delicious recipe. You can add whatever seasons you like. It comes out very tender and juicy.

2-3lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast
Enough water to cover chicken and a little more
1 tsp chicken boulliion
1-2 tbsp italian seasoning
1-2 tsp sage (depending on taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (can use butter if prefer)

Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
Cover with water.
Add seasonings and margarine.
Cook 6-8 hours on low.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy or baked potatoes and vegetable.
Bread and butter or crescent rolls goes very well also.

Dear Lord help us to educate our family for your glory.

"Since parents have conferred life on their children, they have a most solemn obligation to educate their offspring. Hence, parents must be acknowledged as the first and foremost educators of their children. Their role as educators is so decisive that scarcely anything can compensate for their failure in it. For it devolves on parents to create a family atmosphere so animated with love and reverence for God and others that a well-rounded personal and social development will be fostered among children. Hence, the family is the first school of those social virtues which every society needs."--Gravissimum Educationis (one of the documents of the Second Vatican Council)
